Customer portal and admin platform
Both products had gone years without an update: no mobile layout at all, and navigation nobody could hold in their head. The work was billing, referrals, statistics, logs, roles and permissions — and one design system underneath all of it, which the development team adopted and kept using.

Mobile app for moving music libraries
The subscription flow was where users were being lost. After the redesign, install-to-paid conversion rose 12%, measured by the development team’s own analytics. That number is the only hard metric on this site, and it belongs to this project.
